Physical Therapy is a very safe and effective way to help correct injuries to the muscles, bones, tendons and ligaments of the body.  Physical Therapy incorporates exercises, stretching, massage, ultrasound, muscle stimulation and a few other things to guide the body to a state of healing.

Physical Therapy can help a lot of different injuries. Some of the injuries Physical Therapists correct include ACL tears, rotator cuff tears, disc herniations, shoulder injuries, knee injuries, ankle sprains, torn tendons, jaw problems like TMJ disorders and weakness after a stroke.  Most people who do physical therapy respond really well to it and reach the goals they set on their initial visit.
