The Novelli Wellness Center will be offering individual and group fitness classes in conjunction with Urban Fitness & Conditioning.

The class routine varies every class to maximize the fitness benefit and make sure you have fun!

Please join us at The Novelli Wellness Center to lose weight, gain cardiovascular conditioning, get stronger and get in great shape. We coach our clients in a personalized environment, teaching everything from core conditioning, to agility training, to plyometric training, functional training to resistance training. You will use traditional cardio, non-traditional cardio, body weight exercises, medicine balls, elastic workout bands, super bands, TRX straps, TRX Rip trainer, BOSU ball, stability balls, dumbbells, 4lb sledge hammers, mini trampolines, etc...

You will work your entire body to not only help in weight loss but also to tone, get stronger, faster and to build total muscle conditioning / endurance.

Our one on one training, by appointment, includes a consultation to evaluate your current fitness level. We then will help our clients to form a plan with an exercise routine and support clients throughout their life changing journey with us.

When? Group classes will be held Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7-8pm and Saturday mornings from 10-11am.


$20 per class (1 hour)

6 classes for $110 ($18.34 a class)

9 classes for $160 ($17.78 a class)

12 classes for $200 ($16.67 a class)
