Back School helps you and those close to you identify with your spinal pain condition(s) and what is necessary to limit your pain. Observing a loved one go through pain makes us feel helpless. Finding out what is wrong and what can be done in office at The Novelli Wellness Center as well as at home which gives everyone an opportunity to help.

Back School discusses spine pain conditions, relates that spine pain is not an isolated situation, gives examples for correct movements for daily living, and gets all of us on the same page to help the back pain sufferer.

The The Novelli Wellness Center presentation of Back School emphasizes that back pain control, not cure is typically the goal. It's a realistic goal for our Buffalo, NY chiropractic patients and their families and loved ones.

It was interesting to find out that 95% of 61 patients who who went to back school felt it was a good use of their time to attend. They thought they grasped their condition more fully and learned something to prevent re-injury. (1)
